Ryan McNeilIn looking back at the films I compiled for my Blindspot watching in 2013, I realized I missed an obvious modern entry. For two or three years now, I’ve been old time and again how much I need to catch up with PRIMER by director Shane Carruth. The Blindspot Series would have been a perfect opportunity, but alas.
Well, even if it’s not part of that viewing series, it seems as though 2013 will be the year where I finally catch up with it, f for no other reason than the fact that Carruth’s upcoming film looks too abstract for words…and I for one can’t wait.
That is a great teaser. I met Shane Carruth at the 2004 Atlanta Film Festival. Very nice dude.

Guess I finally need to catch up with PRIMER, eh?
