I used to really love John Woo movies. the action…the guns…the birds… Then the guy tried to get all serious and made WINDTALKERS, and for me it felt like he sorta lost his mojo at that point. Well it looks like he’s trying to right the ship, and what better way than to make a…
The Man Comes Around ( BOOK OF ELI Trailer )
Mrs. Hatter has a theory – that Denzel Washington can only play cops and soldiers. Part of me wants to point at this trailer and matter-of-factly say “See!”…but when I watched it the second time, I realized he’s kinda playing a soldier. This blog isn’t as fun when it proves Mrs. Hatter right…
One Day I’ll Fly Away (UP IN THE AIR Trailer)
I heard a lot of good things about this movie coming out of TIFF, and can’t wait to see it. It’s a good thing I heard so many good things, as this trailer comes across as slightly cryptic.

Bad Moon Rising (WOLFMAN Trailer)
I’m a tad out of sorts this week. Usually I have a review up on Sunday or Monday, a top five up on Tuesday, and a trailer up on Wednesday. Well I didn’t see anything this weekend, so I won’t be reviewing anything until tonight (maybe), and I haven’t had enough time to put a…
Hallo Spaceboy – AVATAR Teaser
Much has been made about James Cameron’s AVATAR…a 3-D IMAX science fiction feature, which is the king of the world’s first movie since TITANIC. For those of us not lucky enough to attend San Diego’s Comic Con, this teaser is our first glimpse… Note: Some cities will be participating in “Avatar Day” tomorrow, where fifteen…
