Believe it or not, the cake in that photo was the one from my last birthday back in June…..when I turned thirty. If ever there was a doubt about how much of a big kid I am, I think that should be the most damning piece of evidence.
That birthday was a blast, and this one is actually quite nice too. (Edit – That was worded badly. Today isn’t my birthday, it’s merely the “birthday” of this blog. For my actual birthday thoughts, go back here).

They weren’t all winners, but I left most of them entertained. More fun than the movies themselves, was the opportunity to share my thoughts on them with you fine folks. I’m especially thankful for all the new people I’ve gotten to know writing this.
So thanks to all you complete strangers who have stopped by for a little while. Thanks to all you fellow bloggers who have provided me some great food for thought, and welcomed me into such a fun community. And thanks to all my friends and family who stop by and indulge me my movie geekdom.
