Actor and director Sydney Pollack passed away yesterday after a battle with cancer. The Oscar winner for his direction of OUT OF AFRICA in 1986. He’d recently appeared on screen with roles in MADE OF HONOR and MICHAEL CLAYTON. He was 73 years old.
