As for me, with the first TIFF announcement dropping yesterday, I am in full-on festival mode for the next few weeks. Thoughts turn to what I may or may not see in September, and that involves an odd little balancing act where I learn more about some titles, and tune out all details for others.
Here’s one that I’m likely going to catch up with. I heard great things coming out of Sundance, and considering my affinity last year for THE SPECTACULAR NOW, any time spent with Miles Teller seems like a plus.
I was hoping this would have turned up at an Aussie festival, since it didn’t I’m delighted it’s at TIFF. Definitely one I want to see if possible.
I’m actually happy that you’ll have some new material to watch when you’re here – I was worried many of the best selections would have already played for you.
